We provide general planning advice and Retail Impact Assessment work to support applications for new detail in peripheral and out of town locations as well as retail and leisure uses in urban environments. These have included work for a large shisha bar; a small supermarket and petrol filling station, a hotel and large ground floor gym in an old office building in a city centre.
We also provide advice on alternative uses, missed uses and temporary uses for more difficult premises where lettings have been difficult, in order to avoid prolonged void periods.
