We have had a number of successes with industrial and logistics developments, having worked on industrial estate extensions and stand-alone projects. Dealing with site constraints including the proximity of residential occupiers (and noise); ground conditions; highways; landscape and visual impact, we have managed to secure valuable planning permissions for a range of clients in both rural and urban locations.
These have included more recently an eco-business park just outside Worcester; two new industrial units in Pershore, and a small logistics park in the Black Country.
