Recognition and assimilation of heritage and environmental issues is becoming an increasingly important aspect of the planning process. Many of the proposals that we deal with comprise structures and locations of heritage or environmental sensitivity and the emphasis upon Biodiversity Net Gain is intrinsic to most schemes that we now work on.
A thorough understanding of these issues is vital in ensuring that proposals are not derailed and can be harnessed to actually make a positive contribution to the planning balance argument.
