Of course, many proposals are focused on achieving regeneration of what are run-down areas or areas that have suffered from a lack of investment. As our name suggests, our business was established from a core desire to assist urban regeneration, often through mixed-use development. The most successful communities are those that possess a mix of uses that enable their residents to satisfy the majority of their needs locally, without the need to travel large distances.
