Our in-house technical team can assess your site and provide you with a layout plan to demonstrate what could be delivered. We have our own range of house types and are efficient and pragmatic about what will make a scheme work. Whilst we are not architects, we consider this service is vital in understanding initially what might be achievable in development terms. This feeds into our Development Team, who can then work up an opinion of value for a site, which will give you a strong indication of what the site could achieve in real terms.
