A large proportion of our work is in the residential sector, including affordable housing. We have a fundamental belief that we need to build more homes, especially affordable housing, but in the right places. To this end, we have worked on residential schemes ranging in size from single grand designs right up to urban extensions comprising thousands of new homes. We work for promoters, volume housebuilders, housing associations, small and medium-sized developers and, in some instances, for individual land owners.
The schemes we work on often include many elements, including market and affordable housing (sale and rent), care homes and retirement living and student accommodation. We project manage large consultancy teams to bring these schemes into being and will seek and secure the best value quotes for this work on behalf of our clients.
