This includes permission in principle (PIP); outline, hybrid, full and reserved matters applications; retrospective applications; changes of use; listed building consent and prior approvals, as well as applications to discharge, vary and/or remove planning conditions.
Whilst it is always good to avoid having to go to appeal, our appeals experience is extensive, and our team includes a number of expert witnesses that appear at public inquiries as well as appointing Counsel. We also regularly appear at informal hearings and prepare and submit a substantial number of written representations appeals. We can also advise on planning enforcement matters, including enforcement appeals.
