Valuation

Valuation is both a critical element of the development consultancy process and a stand-alone requirement. In association with its network of advisers and consultancy practices, we provide RICS Red Book valuations for schemes ranging from single buildings or sites to large-scale regeneration initiatives.

Valuations can be used to inform acquisitions and disposals or to help determine viability of a future project on behalf of investors and developers.

RCA’s Managing Director, Rob Csondor, is a Registered Valuer with the RICS and is, therefore, able to provide Red Book valuations giving clients the appropriate level of assurance that valuations will be conducted to the highest standards.
