Land at Former Ronkswood Hospital, Worcester

RCA acted on behalf of Worcester City Council on a report into the potential for on-site affordable housing provision associated with a proposal for the development of 170 no. dwellings. The applicant had claimed that provision of 40% affordable housing was unviable but had not specified what level of affordable housing was viable. The report recommended that 40% affordable housing was viable. The site is currently being developed by Barratt and David Wilson Homes.
