RCA were instructed by Wyre Forest District Council to undertake a report into the potential for on-site affordable housing provision associated with a proposal for the development of 42 no. dwellings. The report recommended that provision over and above that offered by the applicant was viable amounting to 4 additional affordable units. This additional provision was subsequently negotiated and agreed with the applicant.
