RCA were appointed to provide Planning, Development and Architectural services to enable the repair and refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Manor House and associated buildings. The client wished to bring the house back into active use as a modern family home which involved significant stabilisation, re-building and upgrade of the existing historic fabric.
Planning approval and Listed Building consent were received for the proposed works.
