RCA have successfully negotiated a reduced S106 infrastructure contribution on an affordable housing site located within the idyllic Cotswold Town of Broadway. Rooftop Housing Association proposed to develop the site to provide 16 new affordable homes within the settlement. As part of the proposals, the Council requested S106 contributions for the provision of infrastructure and outdoor play (formal sports and off-site sport contributions), which Rooftop Housing Association did not consider to be deliverable from the proposed scheme.
RCA prepared, submitted and negotiated upon a detailed development appraisal for the proposed scheme, securing the complete removal of any additional S106 contributions from the scheme.
