Radway Road, Solihull

Solihull Speedway Ltd approached RCA to gain planning permission for a change of use at the 3,184m2 former Martini Vehicle recovery site on Radway Road, Solihull. This required us to produce a design and access statement as well as the submission of a planning application. Prior to the application, the site had permission for B2 use (Vehicle Recovery) but the successful application changed it to sui generis class (Go Karting Centre) and 19 car park spaces. The application was granted planning permission.
