Former MG Works, Longbridge, Birmingham

RCA provided planning support in connection with the historic former MG Works site in Longbridge. 

Countryside Partnerships secured reserved matters approval in November 2024 and will deliver a mixed-use and multi-tenure scheme.  The development includes 688 new homes, including 276 affordable homes (comprising First Homes, Social Rent and Shared Ownership), 215 private rent and 197 available on the open market.  This site will also include several carefully retained and converted buildings for a mixture of community and employment uses, all set within large areas of open space.
