Mordiford, Herefordshire

Work on behalf of West Mercia Housing Group was undertaken with regard to the development of 12 residential units on land north of Sufton Rise, Mordiford, Herefordshire. Prior to RCA’s involvement, Natural England raised concerns that the development’s drainage system would result in increased phosphate discharges within the River Wye Special Area of Conservation. However, RCA outlined a new drainage system which would avoid the mains system and was accepted by Natural England.
