Main Street, Cossington

RCA have been instructed by a major housebuilder to submit an application for 57 new dwellings on Land at Main Street, Cossington.

The site, which measures approximately 2.73 hectares is a broadly square parcel of agricultural land, situated at the southern end of Cossington. The site is laid to grass and is largely defined by hedgerow boundaries interspersed by trees, with an existing access at the eastern boundary of the site. The site contains no obvious constraints to development but is adjacent to the Cossington Conservation Area.
