Land at Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton

RCA Regeneration were responsible for securing the outline planning permission for 39 dwellings with 40% affordable housing, via a planning application and subsequent planning appeal. RCA were heavily involved in pre-application public consultation with local people and the parish council. Working with Zebra architecture, the scheme contained a significant level of on-site green infrastructure and sustainable urban drainage – much needed in this part of the county. The betterment also extended to providing improved drainage opportunities for the Stonebow Road. The scheme has since been built-out by Kendrick Homes making a positive contribution towards the supply of housing and affordable housing in this sustainable village.
