RCA Regeneration were appointed by Pall Mall Investments to achieve planning permission for a change of use of a vacant industrial unit from B8 (Storage and Distribution) to Sui Generis for a waste storage and distribution centre for Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF). The proposal saw the re-use of a vacant industrial unit on an existing industrial estate. RCA successfully secured the change of use and it is understood that the end user has now occupied the building and is operating successfully from the site.
