Charles Hastings Way, Worcester

Unity Development Consortium commissioned RCA to prepare and submit a planning application for an 82 bed care home on Charles Hastings Way, Worcester. RCA were also involved in the public consultation work before submission.  The application was approved, and development of the 0.51 ha site from grazing land to a care home is now complete. At the time, there was a shortage of 812 nursing bed spaces in Worcester alone, and so this development seeks to reduce this deficit and provide attractive, luxurious, and comfortable care homes for the elderly.
