Valuation of the new residential development scheme at the Former Royal Hospital site in Wolverhampton. Servies included market assessments to inform Market Value and Market Rents for the units at the scheme. RCA produced a Residual Land Valuation for the site, as well as a number of subsequent updates to the initial valuation.
The scheme consists of a number of 1 and 2 bedroom flats within the converted hospital building, plus new build homes and apartments. The hospital building itself will house the wellbeing units. This is an ongoing project.
