Cakebole Lane, Chaddesley Corbett

RCA have been granted planning permission for the redevelopment of a previously developed site for a single dwelling on Cakebole Lane, Chaddesley Corbett. Due to the site’s Green Belt location RCA worked closely with the Council to ensure the proposed dwelling was the best possible solution for this location. This involved active discussions between ourselves, Zebra Architects and the Council’s Conservation Officer. The application was approved unanimously at Planning Committee in November 2016.
