Burnt Tree Industrial Estate, Tipton

Planning permission was granted by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council for the change of use of an industrial unit within Burnt Tree Industrial Estate, Tipton. RCA’s application on behalf of the client was for the change of use from B8 (warehouse) to B2 (truck body fabricator). Due to the success of our work with the client we were then approached to prepare a planning application for the variation of a condition to increase the maximum number of HGV’s available for use on site, and subsequently gained permission.
