Barn conversions at Naunton Court, Naunton Beauchamp

RCA Regeneration have been granted approval for the conversion of 2 barns within the curtilage of Naunton Court (Grade II Listed Building) to 3 residential dwellings. RCA prepared a Heritage Statement, alongside the Planning, Design and Access Statement to identify how the conversion would have a less than substantial impact on the heritage asset. The permission was granted after RCA and the Council worked together to design the scheme to ensure the historical fabric of the barns were retained creating the best possible solution for all parties.
