RCA Regeneration were appointed by County Building Supplies to achieve planning permission for a change of use of an industrial unit from B2 (General Industrial) to Sui Generis for a building merchants. The proposals sought to extend the existing operation of County Building Supplies which operated from the industrial unit adjacent to the application site to allow for expansion of the company which were operating successfully within the local area of Monmouth. Planning permission for the change of use was granted and it is understood that County Building Supplies have now taken occupation of the unit and are operating successfully from the site.
