Unit 54, Heathcote Industrial Estate

RCA Regeneration was approached by Pall Mall Investments Ltd to submit a planning application for a change of use class for a unit on its industrial estate. Unit 54 could at the time only be occupied for light industrial (B1) and storage and distribution (B2) uses, with the proposed change to general industrial (B2). The unit was unoccupied but an agreement had been made for Dennis Eagle Ltd to occupy the premises upon the approval of the change of use planning application. The change of use was granted by Warwickshire District Council and has led to subsequent work being granted by the client.
