RCA acted on behalf of Stratford-on-Avon District Council on a report into the size of the affordable housing contribution, associated with a proposal for 10 open market, executive homes on land at Stratford-upon-Avon Business Park. RCA demonstrated that the applicant could afford a substantially higher contribution than they had originally offered and the site was recently put up for sale to prospective developers.
