RCA Regeneration have gained approval for the partial change of use of St Peters Works, Cheltenham from B1 office with workshop to A1 Retail with a display area for County Building Supplies. The application included additional advertisements on and around the building, which were also approved. RCA worked alongside both Grimshaw Group and County Building Supplies as clients to ensure that the proposed scheme was as desired. The application was approved within 8 weeks.
