RCA were instructed by Stratford-on-Avon District Council to assess the viability of a scheme to convert a number of buildings within the Oversley Castle estate, including a number of Listed Buildings into a range of luxury apartments. It was determined that the scheme could support a level of contributions and that potential further contributions could be secured through a contingent deferred obligations clause that would allow for the Council to benefit from any uplift in values upon completion of the scheme.
