Manor Hill House, Bromsgrove

RCA have secured permission for the retention of a marquee in the Green Belt for a period of two years. The marquee at Manor Hill House is used for a range of events, but mainly used as a wedding venue. RCA demonstrated that without the use of the marquee, the business would not be viable. The Council accepted that Very Special Circumstances existed in this case and granted planning permission. RCA will now look to work with the Council who have stated their willingness to consider a more permanent solution for Manor Hill House.
