RCA Regeneration were instructed to prepare and submit a planning application for 3 new residential dwellings within Stafford. Prior to RCA’s involvement the Council had raised concerns that the proposals would be detrimental to the visual amenity of the street scene. RCA provided a robust argument proving that this would not be the case, as well as highlighting how the scheme is aligned to existing and emerging planning policy for Stafford Borough. This resulted in an officer’s recommendation for approval. The application was subsequently approved at committee in August 2014.
