RCA were approached by Wyre Forest District Council to undertake a report into the potential for on or off-site affordable provision associated with a proposal for the development of 14 no. dwellings. This report concluded that the applicant could not afford any affordable housing contribution in lieu of on-site provision, although the Applicant was able to make other Section 106 contributions in respect of highways and transport, education and open space with provision for additional contributions in the event that sales values are higher than anticipated.
