Provision of development appraisal on behalf of Worcester City Council into the re-negotiation of affordable housing proposed by the applicant, and to assess the viability of the scheme with the proposed changes. RCA managed to negotiate an increase in the affordable provision from 25% to 30% and the inclusion of a clause in respect of contingent deferred obligations which would allow full Section 106 contributions to be realised in the event of uplifts in value.
