RCA have secured detailed planning permission for the delivery of 100 new homes for Morris as part of the much larger Ashton Green development, a major strategic urban extension to Leicester. RCA prepared the Planning Statement and submitted the application on behalf of Morris Homes.
The development contains a mix of bungalows, maisonettes and houses (1-5 bedrooms) and is adjacent to a primary school with pedestrian and cycle links into the city. The development contains tree lined boulevards, public open space and home zones (4 in total) to distinguish different character areas and create areas of interest.
