RCA were instructed by Worcester City Council to assess the viability of a new assembly and warehouse facility with associated offices for Worcester Bosch at Apex Park near junction 6 of the M5. Our report concluded that no contributions were affordable, primarily in respect of transport. The development of the site is politically important in terms of retaining Bosch within Worcester following the demise of their proposal at Worcester Technology Park and will retain and create new, skilled jobs in the locality.
