Badgeworth, Cheltenham

RCA were approached by Owen Jenkins for the preparation and submission of a planning application, planning statement and listed building consent for the erection of a car port at The Lodge, Badgeworth, a Grade II listed building. Prior to the acquisition of the property and planning application, discussions took place with the Council’s Conservation Officer to gain an understanding of any potential issues and help guide the design of the car port. Both planning permission and listed building consent were granted for the site.
