Joanne has been working within the housing sector for over 13 years with experience in both planning and design.
In recent years, Joanne has been more involved in the preparation and submission of planning applications, including compiling and creating supporting plans and reports to accompany the applications.
Being skilled in the use of both Autocad and Adobe Photoshop Joanne can assist in the preparation and creation of all relevant drawings and documents required for any aspect of planning and development.
Experience
Before joining RCA Regeneration on 2020, I worked within the design and planning departments of a major housebuilder for 13 years. During those 13 years, I gained experience in the preparation of the documentation and plans required for the submission of planning applications. I was also responsible for the submission and monitoring of discharge of conditions applications.
I completed a course in 2017 in architectural design for the use of Autocad and I am also proficient with Adobe Photoshop which I use to create various plans and reports to support our clients’ planning applications. I have also recently created sales particulars for Clients looking to sell land.
I also assist other members of the planning team when required with the preparation of documents needed for Public Consultations, Housing Needs Surveys and Statements of Community Involvement.
