Jane joined RCA as Office Manager in 2018. After completing her degree in Modern European Studies (French) with honours she has gained vast experience from working in retail, both at sales consultant and managerial level.
Before RCA, Jane had a brief spell in Pensions with Compass Contract Services, but more importantly previously spent 12 years as a HR administrator for Asda where she supported the People Manager, overseeing recruitment & onboarding, acting as a colleague rep, dealing with pay queries, absence management, time sheet management.
Jane finds the diverse nature of her role at RCA particularly enjoyable; looking after clients who come in for meetings, receptionist duties, invoice chasing, booking CPD events, organising social events, looking after the Quality Management System and generally ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office. In May 2019 she organised her first big event RCA’s 10th Anniversary Party.
Outside of work Jane enjoys travelling, walking and reading thriller novels.
