Megan joined RCA Regeneration as an Assistant Development Consultant in the Summer of 2023, towards the end of her postgraduate studies at Birmingham City University, where she completed her MSc in Real Estate Management.
Megan has previous experience in completing development appraisals, which she continues to do at RCA Regeneration, supporting the team in undertaking Financial Viability Appraisals. She also assistant the team with Red Book valuations. Megan is currently undertaking her APC, with the goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor on the Planning and Development pathway. Megan has a particular interest in both residential and commercial valuations.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family, friends, and animals.
