Chloe Jonczyk

Chloe is a Chartered Town Planner. Since joining the team in 2022 as an Assistant Planning Consultant, she has progressed through two promotions and now holds the role of Senior Planning Consultant.

With a Bachelor of Science (with honours) in Geography and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Birmingham, Chloe went on to complete her MSc in Urban and Regional Planning at the same university, graduating in December 2022.

Before joining RCA Regeneration, Chloe gained valuable development‑side experience at Godwin Developments, preparing site appraisals and supporting land acquisition for commercial and residential schemes.

At RCA Regeneration, Chloe is passionate about community engagement, leading public consultations, and helping shape sustainable, well‑designed places. Her experience spans small‑ and large‑scale residential projects, renewable energy developments, and a variety of commercial proposals.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys experimenting with new recipes, planning her next travel adventure, and spending time with her cat, Fudge—who firmly believes she runs the household.
