Great Norbury Farmhouse, Inkberrow

Planning permission has been granted for the conversion of three barns within the curtilage of Great Norbury Farmhouse, Inkberrow (Grade II Listed building) to three residential dwellings with associated garages. RCA prepared the Planning, Design and Access Statement which also assessed the merits of the application against the backdrop of the Listed building. Wychavon District Council agreed that the proposed development would have a less than substantial impact on the heritage asset. Planning and Listed Building Consent was granted after RCA and the Council worked together to redesign the scheme to ensure the historic fabric of the barns were retained to create the best possible solution.
