RCA Regeneration prepared and submitted a planning application for the conversion of a stable block to a single dwelling in Comhampton, near Ombersley. RCA worked alongside architect Vanessa Greenhouse RIBA to prepare a sensitively designed conversion utilising much of the existing materials where possible. Extensive pre-application work was undertaken, including the management of a team of sub-consultants to prepare supporting reports. The application was granted permission in March 2015 under delegated powers. By obtaining this permission, we were able to secure the re-use of a redundant building and provide a home of the highest quality for our client.
