Following on from a successful appeal win for RCA in terms of a residential barn conversion on the site, we were then commissioned to produce a design and access statement and submit a full planning application for the erection of a stable block on the same holding. The site being located in the greenbelt and within a Landscape Protection Area was constrained, however we eventually prevailed at appeal for a stable block which incorporated 5 stables and one feeding block, through the careful planning and the attentive design of the scheme. We clearly demonstrated that there would be no adverse effects on the area and the scheme is now complete and in operation by the client.
