Preparation and submission of a planning application and supporting planning statement for a change of use from B1 office to C3 residential on behalf of a client. Consent was granted within 2 months of the application being submitted allowing the client to remove what was an underutilized office on the premises. This provided an opportunity to use the site for what it would be most suitable for. The success of this outcome encouraged the client to offer us repeat work for an extension to the car park on site.
