RCA were commissioned by Richborough Estates to undertake an assessment of a series of residential development sites within North Warwickshire Borough and its development boundary. One such site that was being proposed was land off Plank Lane, Water Orton. This assessment supports Richborough Estates’ suitable development plan in accordance with the North Warwickshire Borough’s Strategic Housing Availability Assessment.
