RCA Regeneration secured reserved matters planning permission for a scheme of 43 new dwellings on this sensitive site on the edge of the town, on behalf of David Wilson Homes (Mercia) Ltd. The scheme is now complete and complements this part of Tenbury.
Our role extended to negotiating a detailed scheme with officers and attending design review panel, the final approved scheme will contain extensive on site drainage attenuation, high quality construction materials and additional landscape buffers to improve the setting of the scheme within the wider landscape, with minimal external lighting being an important feature.
