RCA Regeneration have been instructed by David Wilson Homes (Mercia) Ltd to submit a planning application for 35 dwellings including 35% affordable housing in Moreton Morrell. RCA have assisted in public consultation vents prior to the submission of the application and the scheme has taken on board comments received by local residents and the Parish Council as well as undertaking pre-application discussions with Officers at Stratford District Council. The application was submitted to the Council at the start of April and is currently progressing. RCA anticipate a positive recommendation to the Planning Committee and will represent David Wilson Homes by providing a verbal presentation to the planning committee in due course.john
