RCA are delighted to have secured a resolution to grant from Redditch Borough Council for the development of surplus land to the rear of the Alexandra Hospital for a mixed use scheme of residential, office and public open spaces. RCA were involved in supporting Barratt and David Wilson Homes in the delivery of a successful bid to the Homes and Communities Agency; extensive pre-application public consultation with local residents, members and officers; project managing and negotiating the detail of the application and presenting the scheme to Committee in order to achieve positive conclusion. The team included IDP (Masterplanning); Transport and Drainage (Travis Baker) and Ecology (FPCR).
