Provision of development appraisal advice on behalf of Bromsgrove District Council into the re-negotiation of affordable housing proposed by the applicant and to assess the viability of the scheme with the proposed changes. This report concluded that the scheme could not afford any Section 106 contributions but recommended that a clause was put in place to review the opportunity for contingent deferred obligations in the event that the gross development value was higher than anticipated.
